When does time begin to run for the purpose of limitation law

ย It is trite that the period of time prescribed by a statute of limitation begins to run the moment a cause of action accrues to the person entitled to it. Thus, when dealing with a limitation statute, it is of utmost importance to ascertain the exact date of accrual of a cause of action.[1]
