On behalf of the Members and Executive Council of ICSAN Abuja Chapter, I wish you a hearty congratulations on your well deserved nomination by the Federal Government of Nigeria as a Member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) at The Hague, Netherlands, and the subsequent confirmation by the PCA for an initial period of six years.

Members of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) are individuals nominated by the contracting parties (member states) to serve as arbitrators in international disputes. Each contracting party can nominate up to four individuals who are known for their expertise in international law, have the highest moral reputation, and are willing to accept the duties of arbitrators. These members are appointed for a term of six years, which can be renewed.

You are indeed a worthy ambassador of our prestigious institute and we are proud of you sir.

Congratulations!
