ABOUT THIS BOOK
The Cane’s Reference Guide to Legal issues (CRGL) is a compilation of over 14 years working experience as a legal aide in the Judiciary. It features a wide range of legal issues, covering from pre- hearing, hearing and post hearing issues. The CRGL is primarily compiled for Judges, legal assistants, lawyers, law students, and judiciary staff to assist them in the quick dispensation of justice and to ease court practice and procedures.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Chioma Angela Okeke is a lawyer and a member of the staff of the FCT High Court of Justice. She holds a B.L and an MBA. She also has an LLM in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice from the University of Sussex, UK. Chioma Okeke is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediator/Conciliator, member of the Institute of Chartered Secretary/Administrator and a member of the Nigerian Chartered Insititute of Arbitrators.
