Stakeholders were invited to the 2024 CAC Customer Service Week as the World Celebrate 2024 Customer Service Week with the theme “Above and Beyond.”
Amongst the invited stakeholders were the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) Abuja Chapter, Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), SERVICOM etc. The stakeholders applauded the CAC for their service delivery so far and also encouraged them to continue to do more.
The National Coordinator/CEO SERVICOM Nnenna Akajemeli spoke extensively on their activities vis-à-vis the Customer Service Week and applauded CAC for being the most innovative parastatal.
The Chairman of the ICSAN Abuja Chapter, Mrs Chioma Angela Okeke also applauded the CAC, encouraging them to keep up the good work in ensuring sustained effective and efficient service delivery.
After the goodwill messages, the ICSAN Chairman was called upon to coordinate the cutting of the celebration cake.
